"How charming!" Sophie smiled elegantly, "Later, I'm attending a charity event. Do you want to go with me?"

"Yeah, Brother Wolf, that's too shameless. I have one bomb too. You're the landlord in this game; you've got to shed some blood, at least three thousand is unavoidable!" Another subordinate protested.
These subordinates usually got along well with Gray Wolf, often playing cards together, so their conversation wasn't as respectful as typical juniors to seniors but more about banter and chatting.
Lin Mu understood the situation from what the two subordinates said. Gray Wolf was probably about to lose money again.
"Damn, who's shameless? Is the boss important, or is playing cards?" Gray Wolf looked seriously at the two subordinates.
The two subordinates pursed their lips; in front of Lin Mu, they couldn't really say anything more.
"Uh, I'm fine; you guys keep playing!" Lin Mu smiled and said.
Gray Wolf grinned, "Boss, let's not play. I already threw the cards; we'll play next time!"
After saying this, it was clear he was despised by the two subordinates. Lin Mu also gave Gray Wolf a disdainful look, but he still had to give him face, after all, he was the small leader of the Foot Bath Pavilion!
So he changed the subject, "How's the situation recently?"
"No issues. Ever since the Foot Bath Pavilion closed, the other side hasn't bothered us," Gray Wolf said.
"Hmm," Lin Mu nodded, having a good picture in his mind, "Gray Wolf, add a few more brothers in Wancheng to keep an eye out. If there's anyone who shouldn't be there, report to me immediately!"
"Understood, boss." Gray Wolf nodded and said.
Just after he finished speaking, Gray Wolf's phone rang, and he responded a few times before hanging up.
"Boss, there's a situation," Gray Wolf quickly said after hanging up.
"What's the situation?" Lin Mu asked.
"A subordinate just reported that last night they spotted a suspicious group. At the time, they weren't sure, so they kept following them. Now they've confirmed it; the group is Easterners," Gray Wolf said, looking at Lin Mu.
Lin Mu frowned after hearing it, chuckling lightly, "Are you sure?"
"Confirmed." Gray Wolf nodded.
"Good, very good." Lin Mu chuckled.
"Boss, what do you think we should do now?" Gray Wolf asked.
"Isn't it simple? Catch them and question them. Even if they have nothing to do with this case, they're likely connected to Jinye and Uro Iji," Lin Mu explained.
Gray Wolf's eyes narrowed into a line, "Do you mean Jinye and Uro Iji are bold enough to come to Wancheng?"
"Hehe, they might not come themselves, but they could send subordinates. Make the arrangements and find out the movements of that group; try to capture them tonight," Lin Mu said.
Gray Wolf nodded, "Don't worry, they won't get away this time, those bastards!"
At this moment, Lin Mu's phone rang again. He glanced at it and found it was Sophie calling. Wasn't she attending the charity event?

"Brother Lin, something's wrong. We encountered an attack on the road. You need to..."
The call was from Sophie, but it was Su Xiaowan speaking. Before Su Xiaowan could finish, Lin Mu heard a loud boom, clearly indicating the car had suffered a severe collision.
